"The Point Nemo Passive Listening Array was first activated in spring 1994. Its primary purpose was the long-term registration of sub-oceanic acoustic signatures along the 48th parallel south. One event within the ten-year dataset remains outside the Foundation's explanatory framework. Annex IV requires R2 clearance."
